A Message From the McIntosh County Tax Assessors Office
In the coming months, you may notice McIntosh County Tax Assessor appraisal staff and/or approved appraisal contractor GMASS in your neighborhood or area conducting onsite field inspections. McIntosh County vehicles and GMASS vehicles will be clearly marked with appropriate signage, and personnel will have business cards on hand.
Staff will be reviewing all improvements and exterior measurements, but there will be no need for staff to enter your home unless specifically requested by you. Should you not be at home, the exterior review will still be conducted.
